Toronto's infamous Mayor Rob Ford is at it again. When he's not smoking crack and fraternizing with undesirables he's doing his best to run the city.
But Rob doesn't let work hold him back for too long; what better way to liven up a council meeting than get down to a bit of Bob Marley's "One Love".
There's a lot of rage flying about at Rob Ford, in fairness he would have looked more of a wally standing there rigidly while all this was going on.
