Three-year old Finley Ranson is probably the envy of all his pre-school mates as he can eat nothing but Fox's Glacier Fruits, eating ten sweets per day and no other food. Okay, from that you're probably jealous too.
But it's not all candy fun for Finley. This strange diet is due to a strange medical condition that means his body fights food like a virus, causing internal bleeding. He has to get his nutrients from a special feeding tube to his stomach. The only thing it seems his body is okay with is the boiled sweets.
According to mum, despite this he loves going to Nando's. Apparantly he'll sit there happily with a cup of ice. That's great that he likes it, but it does seem cruel to take a kid who can't eat food out to a restaurant. Just saying.
