Star Wars mega-fan creates 30ft long “Coruscant Tapestry"

Most mega fans of films might buy lots of memorabilia or maybe get a tattoo of the film or something big to show their dedication to the film.

Star Wars fan come graphic artist, Aled Lewis, from London has took a bit bigger step and created a 30ft by 13 inches tapestry of the legendary film franchise.

There are 7 cross stitches per inch in this mega piece of extra-terrestrial textile.

All along the edge quotes from the film are written in Aurebesh, which is a language used within the films.

It’s based on the medieval Bayeux Tapestry which depicts the conquest of England by William The Conqueror. But does that even have Wookies?! No it does not.

And all this can be yours at a whopping £12,000

The piece is currently on display at the Gallery 1988 in LA.
