To say a model in NYC recently shocked commuters is almost
an understatement. This model calmly walked onto a crowded subway, sat down and
then began to devour her handbag.
But it’s okay, the handbag was actually nothing more than a
really impressive handbag shaped cake. A viral marketing stunt for the
International Culinary Center, which looks like it’s going to be pretty effective.
It’s one thing to make a cake that looks identical to a handbag (and impressive
as all hell), but it’s another step up to make one convincing enough to walk
around with and cause the beautifully awkward reactions of the commuters
nearest her on the subway.
