Christopher William Lord from Queensland, Australia has just been sentenced to 12 months in prison, three years after the cruel (but hilarious) crime was committed.
Three years ago, he persuaded a disabled friend to get a tattoo. This unnamed friend agreed, and settled upon the reasonably common tiger/dragon/yin-yang design. Happily, the two friends, and the potentially shady tattooist then set about drinking rum over at the tattooists house before heading into the bedroom to get the ink on.
Somewhere along the way however, Christopher decided it would be hilarious to try and convince the tattooist to instead put a 40cm penis tattoo on his friend's back instead. The tattooist, Matthew Francis Brady, agreed.
Brady was jailed in 2011 for the 2010 assault of drawing a dick and balls, and obscene phrase on a guy's back.
Lord has now finally also been sentenced to a year for his part in this. As Judge Greg Koppenol said: ‘It was a miserable offence. You acted miserably towards a vulnerable young man with a significant disability.’
In the time between the assault and the sentencing another, much nicer tattoo artist covered up the offending phallus with something less offensive, free of charge.
