23 year old Laura Cunliffe was understandably not thrilled when her 4 month old kitten, Mowgli, attacked her goldfish. Her decision to microwave the kitten as a result is substantially less understandable, to say the least.
As a result, we now know that five minutes in the microwave is just enough to cook a kitten's internal organs, but little enough that it will still be alive when it comes out. It will then suffer for 90 minutes, unable to catch its breath, before dying. Laura then had the kitten buried.

Laura's defence says she had suffered with depression and psychosis, as if that's a reasonable excuse for microwaving a kitten. She will be sentenced on the 13th of March, we're all hoping harshly.
We've also got a picture of the poor microwaved kitten, but we really don't think you should scroll down far enough to see it. Really, really don't. Look, we'll leave tons of space so there's no chance of doing it by accident.
Seriously, stop. Don't look at the dead kitten. Look at the cute cartoon one at the top.
Here, go look at the funny cats instead: http://www.lolcats.com/
You were warned.
Glad you looked?
